VENDOR SPACE FOR THIS EVENT IS $70 (PLUS PAYPAL FEES)
VENDOR’S ITINERARY (PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY) THE ASSEMBLY THEATER IS LOCATED AT 26 EAST AVE., BURRILLVILLE, R.I. Each exhibitor is requested to bring their own 6-8' table plus chairs. As this is a unique indoor/outdoor event, it is strongly suggested you also bring a pop-up style tent for shade. It shall not exceed 10x10 dimensions. Electricity will be available if you need it.  Please make sure you have made note of the need for electrical service in your Vendor Application form. If you choose to NOT secure these services, please ignore. Vendors are asked to bring a power strip, extension cord and a three-pronged adapter with them. Exhibitor tables should be occupied at all times when the dealer's area is opened to the public. Event staff assumes no responsibility for lost or missing items. No booth space will be fully reserved until payment is received and no payment will be accepted the "day of". Each exhibitor will be granted a maximum of two (2) full weekend passes with each spot purchased.  Any additional members of your organization must pay the general admission fee ($12 a day or $20 for the entire weekend).  ALL parties receiving a vendor's pass must be members or employees of your organization. Participants must have booths completely set up by 12 pm. The event will be open for vendor set up at 9:30 am both days. You will unload in the driveway of the theater and then park in any of the public parking lots in the general area. They will be clearly marked by signage. The back lot of the theater is reserved for staff and guests ONLY. Changing assigned locations or space will not be allowed at the event.  If you have any concerns they must be addressed before the event begins. We will assign each vendor one spot and do our best to place you in a location best suited to your particular needs. The OSPC retains the right to refuse or remove any displays of a pornographic or extremely graphic nature. This is intended to be a family event.  This also applies to vendor clothing and attire worn during the event. We don't want to be put in a position to ask anyone to change, cover up or leave the event. Common sense shall prevail. Exhibitors shall not distribute or sell any copyrighted material unless all necessary rights and all royalties and fees have been paid and shall assume all responsibilities to do so. No food or beverage items will be sold at tables. There will be concessions available at the event. No food or drinks shall be brought into the theater. No individual group raffles shall be conducted at your table. Vendors offering merchandise are entitled to 100% of their profits from the event. If you sell products or services, vendors retain all product liability and tax obligations. All services or products offered shall be deemed "For Entertainment Purposes Only."  OSPC assumes no liability for the nature of their validity or intent. All exhibitors should post their fees and services clearly.   Any participant who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and displays any disruptive behavior will be asked to leave with no refunds given on any fees paid in advance. The Burrillville police will have a presence at the event to handle such situations. Signage should be displayed on an easel, your tent or hung from the front of your table.   All vendor spots are non-refundable as long as the event goes off as scheduled. A rain date of July 22 and 23 has been set.
