Phil Schnieder
claimed to have
worked for the
government as a
structural engineer
back in the 1970's.
He claims to have
worked on the
construction of a
number of secret
underground bases in
his tenure,
particularly the
legendary Dulce
Underground Military
Base. His most
prominent claim is
that, in 1979, he
shot and killed 2
Grey Aliens and was
nearly killed by a
third in an
underground shootout
after the US
Government had
infringed upon a
century old Grey
Alien Underground
Base. Oddly enough,
Schnieder was
mysteriously found
dead in his
apartment in 1997. Is it true?
